IT STARTS WITH APPRECIATION BUT ALSO REQUIRES ACTION
I was a complainer, drama queen and software executive. I was damaging my mental and physical health and was over stressed. It took some time, but I'm learning that life is better when you take the time to appreciate and care for yourself, body, mind and spirit. Now I strive to help others live a good long life. I am a Certified Longevity Coach and Cereset Brain Tech. I'm a passionate advocate for wellness, mother of 2 incredible kids and wife.

To live the good life, one must apply intent and conscious awareness it towards every thought and action. Apply an approach of appreciation towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self love, and creative activities. Applying appreciation in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
You deserve love, joy and abundance. You deserve to feel amazing everyday. If you don't, it's time to ask why? What patterns have you created in your life and in your brain that are holding you back.
When we are not well we'd do almost anything to feel better. However the key is to not wait until we're sick to do something. Take steps every day to nurture yourself. Never take your health for granted.
